Platinum X Competitions Ltd provides a free entry route for all competitions, ensuring fairness and accessibility for all participants. Below are the conditions and guidelines for submitting a free postal entry.

1. HOW TO ENTER VIA POST

To enter a competition without purchasing a ticket, follow these steps:

Send your entry via pre-paid first or second-class post to the following address:

• Hand-delivered entries will NOT be accepted and will not be included in the draw.

• Bulk entries (multiple entries in one envelope) will NOT be accepted. Each entry must be submitted in a separate envelope.

1.2 Required Information
To ensure your postal entry is valid, you must include the following details written clearly on a plain piece of paper:

• Full Name (matching your registered account)

• Date of Birth (to confirm age eligibility)

• Postal Address (matching your registered account)

• Email Address (used to contact you if you win)

• Contact Telephone Number

• The Name of the Competition you wish to enter

• Your Answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)

2. ENTRY VALIDITY & CONDITIONS

• All postal entries must be received before the competition closing date and before all tickets are allocated.

• Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

• Each free entry must be posted separately. Entries received in bulk envelopes, on postcards, or sent via recorded delivery will not be accepted.

• Proof of posting does not guarantee entry. It is your responsibility to ensure your entry arrives before the competition closes.

3. ENTRY LIMITS

• Each individual may enter a competition via postal entry only once per competition unless otherwise stated in the specific competition rules.

• Postal entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning prizes, including instant win prizes.

• If the competition sells out before your entry arrives, your entry will not be processed or entered into any other competition.

4. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

• All postal entrants must have a registered account on the Platinum X Competitions website.

• The details provided on your postal entry must match your registered account details for it to be processed successfully.

5. INSTANT WIN COMPETITIONS

• For competitions that include instant win prizes, postal entries will be assigned a random ticket number just like paid entries.

• If your randomly assigned ticket number matches an Instant Win Prize, you will be notified via email or phone.
