2. The Competition

These Terms apply to your use of the Website and entry into any Competition.

“Competitions” refer to all prize draws run by the Promoter. Multiple may be live at once.

Competitions may include:

• TikTok Tombola Draws: All ticket holders are entered into a live draw.

• Instant Win Prizes: Some tickets may unlock a prize instantly.

All competitions are skill-based and require a correct answer to a question to qualify.
A free postal entry method is always available.

3. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be a GB resident

• Not be a staff member or immediate relative of someone working for Platinum X Competitions

The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, and address at any time.

4. Entry Rules

Competitions have a clearly stated opening and closing date. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.

No refunds are given for Instant Win entries.

You may enter multiple times per competition (up to the entry limit).

Closing dates are never extended.

The draw will happen within 7 days of the closing date, regardless of ticket sales.

Entry into any competition means you agree to these terms.

Free Postal Entry:
Postal entry is available for all competitions. To enter for free, you must send a first- or second-class envelope containing your full name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, the name of the competition, and your correct answer to the competition question (if applicable) to:

5. Winner Selection

Entrants who answer the question correctly are entered into the main prize draw.

Winners are chosen via a secure random number generator (e.g. Google Random Number Generator).

Instant Win numbers are assigned automatically and randomly at checkout. These are not visible or editable.

6. The Prize

The Prize is clearly described on the Competition page.

If unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

The Promoter is not responsible for prizes after delivery.

Prizes may be delivered by courier, and delivery is free within Great Britain.

7. Winners

Winners are announced during the live TikTok draw.

If you do not want your name shared publicly, email us before the draw.

We will contact winners via email or phone.
We may attempt a video call during the live stream.

If unclaimed after 14 days, we may redraw using the same method.

Instant Win winners are notified automatically.

Cash alternatives may be offered at our discretion.

8. Claiming Your Prize

Prizes must be claimed by the winner directly.
Photo ID may be required.

Cash prizes will only be sent to a bank account that matches the winner’s registered details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost or delayed entries

• Website or technical failures

• Loss, injury, or damage caused by the prize

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of your entry.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds after a ticket is purchased unless legally required.

If a competition is cancelled, all entries will be refunded.

If you wish to remain anonymous, email us before the draw.

Photos/videos of winners may be used for marketing.

Full name and ticket number may be posted unless otherwise requested.
